  • If you don't keep your feet straight (and lots of people tend to twist around when kicking or doing powerful standing starts) they can unclip. They're ok for enduro stuff and probably a lot of training but if you're a big bugger or doing a lot of sprinting or tt starts or even pursuit starts you might want to upgrade to SPD-SL or SPD-R or something.

    Bebop or speedplay = lots of float = victory.
