Those wheels will not work with a fixed sprocket. A fixed sprocket screws onto a thread on a hub and is secured in place by a lockring. There are also freewheel type hubs (not a freehub like those wheels) which you again cannot really use with a fixed sprocket; it's possible but is considered dangerous as you have to use a BB lockring instead which has the same direction thread.
What you want is a fixed hub, there a a fair few to choose from, type 'fixed wheel' onto ebay and you should get some good results, however there are also fixed online shops, with a lot of people who run the online shops also residing on this forum. You could get an alright new wheelset for £120.
I recenly bought a set of cranks from http://www.freshtripe.co.uk who you can pay on PayPal with, really quick turnaround, and really helpful (the guy is also on this forum too), theres some wheelsets on there.
Heres some ebay wheels

Can you not withdraw the PayPal money to your bank account? -

Google Outspoken cycles. They built up some good wheels for me (Formula hubs to Open Pros) that would be a great starter set of wheels. They did a good build job (I wanted them for touring including some offroad sections) and delivered them really fast. I don't know if they take paypal but it's a pretty small operation and I'm sure they'd be able to handle it.

Had a quick look at the list of lists.
Wanted for first build project so don't really want to spend too much, but would like quite light wheels and white hubs and rims.
What wheels are recommended for £200 for a pair. -

Buy hubs from the list on here, buy rims (open pro or equiv maybe), buy spokes, learn to build a wheel, be happy.
eBay do complete wheels or you can custom make through a LBS for over the odds, building them is much more fun/satisfying.

otp halo aerotage come in white hubs and rims and are within budget, think you can get the hubs and rims separately as well so you could give building some up a crack.

Jono, have you got the link for the hub list, cant seem to find it.

i got a set of neon halo aerorage wheels - they're pretty damn good for the money.
pretty light and strong. Plus imo the hubs are better than your average formula hub.
definately a decent option on a budget... however, i agree that building your own is the better option, learning skills and getting satisfaction - and when it comes to truing you will know what to do! -

i know but im still learning to build them at work and it worked out cheaper when i bought them seperatly with my discount
I have some cash in Paypal which I'm looking to use to get some wheels for a frame I'm building up. Problem is that my options are a bit limited, to only stores that take Paypal. Could anyone help clear up for me what is suitable for a fixed bike? Could I put a fixed sprocket on something like this for example?
