i got a set of neon halo aerorage wheels - they're pretty damn good for the money.
pretty light and strong. Plus imo the hubs are better than your average formula hub.
definately a decent option on a budget... however, i agree that building your own is the better option, learning skills and getting satisfaction - and when it comes to truing you will know what to do!
