not used those zero's but a friend has a pair and he doesn't like them. fiddly to set up and they felt a bit on/off. i'm sure lots of people like them though.
i like dura-ace. they seem very well made and feel like they will last a lifetime. you may be able to pick up some of the older 7800 ones if the new ones look to 'modern' for you
