And the second go - lighter tamp and basket not loaded as heavily. Flavour's good but there's some bitterness in the aftertaste. I can see I've got some work to do on this one...

After using the illy stuff for ages, I'm finding it 'challenging' using fresh beans with different grinds. Fun experimenting though...!
Oh, and as you can see from the videos, it looks like I'm in need of a new seal. I can't face dealing with Gaggia's terrible customer services again...
