I have SKS full guards in exactly that situation.
As provenrad and others have mentioned, they're flexible so they fit fine.
Might have to watch out for the front fitting though-- the guards seem to be made for attaching to bolt-fitting brakes (6mm diameter I believe). I've drilled my forks to accept the allen-bolt-sleeve type brake (8mm dia.) and so I need to go buy a circular file to open up the hole on the mudguard bracket.
