I should have explained the problem more but I have indeed googled this extensively.
my fixie is made from an old 60s 27" wheel frame. When you put 700c raceblades on the bike, the end of the rear blade scrapes the back tyre because the frame angles are slightly off. Front fits fine.
Full mudguards should work but the bracket that is connected to the brake mount would have to be extended a bit.
Was wondering if anyone had any experience of fitting mudguards of either type on a 27" wheel frame
