@ stuf - errr... hmmmm.... wha?! If i understand your question correctly - all of them will work.
Why wouldn't they?
Raceblades, and the clones (from bikehut / sjscycles) should all fit 700c wheels.
I would choose full mudguards (SKS, etc) to take up the extra space around the wheels for aesthetic purposes.
