Bazalgette, he's great, he solved a massive problem and undoubtedly many more lives with the whole sewer thing. but the greatest architect ever to have lived? i respect it's your opinion but Bazalgette's work is closer to civil engineering surely?
just in case you were curious, rogers gets my vote off the top of my head with no real thought (ignoring the dome of course, although i blame Blair (bliar) not Rogers).
