it is profiteering, right now it's winter, and there's a lots less cyclists in London due to the cold and wet weather, and spoken to a bloke who own a bike shop in Clapham that sales is a bit slow due to the winter seasons, and they end up having to let a staff or two go sadly.
methinks that related to the charge of certain item.
