Yep in a skip sitting outside a gutted house, It is a Road frame, unfortunately and am contemplating changing the dropouts, The current decals are Dave Russell on the seat tube and down tube, no head badge or indication of what kind of Reynolds tubing, but it pretty dam light, and apparently he only worked in 531 and 753 so i am guessing its 753. I will get some pics and size on tomorrow. Thanks.
