well I've got a few gripes with it. first of all - why hasn't something been done sooner? It's happened at least 4 times since I've lived in this house (7 odd months). Second - just what were they anticipating? Apparently according to the engineers the lines were only instaled about 7 years ago and talking to some of the locals bugger all has changed in terms of new housing etc since then. It's not a particularly wealthy area (don't let the pub wifi confuse you) so I can't imagine there's any obvious reason for increase in usage. Apart from the half a dozen 50'' plasma screen tvs, ps3, xbox, washer, dryer, dish washer etc that each house in the street seems to have.
