A cyclist went down this morning, just about 8am, on Lombard Street at Bank. An ambulance turned up for him.
He was riding a geared bike, and wore a BMX style white helmet. I spoke to him, and he said he was okay.
But the amount of blood that was exiting his left ear, and that had poured out onto his jersey, made me think he was not one for complaining.
If anybody knows this guy (I didn't get his name), I hope he recovers quickly.
The accident happened when a white transit van, went into his back wheel.
