Looking at the pic you posted I'd say Duncan X from Into you. His waiting list is not that bad. Also Lucy pyror loves doing religious work, she's done loads of my stuff. I'd highly recomend anyone at into you, I was lucky enough to have my sleeve done by the Late Jason Saga.

Lucy did my Mary, she has a long waiting list though now. Waiting to get my sleeve finished off by her in January.

I start my ribs with Duncan next year as well. Ouch.
