Assault with a deadly weapon? driving without due care and attention? failure to stop after an accident?
I think the most interesting point in any case by a cyclist or pedestrian against a driver is that a car IS a lethal weapon. One which to my mind hasn't been fully explored.
How pissed off are you feeling?
And didn't i read on here that the exact same thing happened in-front of you a few days ago?
