It actually looks like a decent raleigh,
a lot of the 80's road bikes like the records & some of the banana ones had punched steel dropouts which end up snapping off if you ride fixed. Also really weak fork crowns which would always bend.
Your one has the good quality forged type dropouts & stronger lookin forks.
