surely the IR allows a person to have at least 3 bikes, for different purposes?

for example, the Cervelo could be for when you have to ride to jobs up very big hills

i believe that would be written down as taking the piss :-) and i don't need gears to get up hills.
but i may be shooting an ad for a cycling equipment importers so i'm not about to 'buy' anything just yet
