Since you are using these for SS / fixed I would suggest go for the 110mm BCD cranks.
You can get cheap old BMX rings for them off Billy's / Ebay. Many manufacturers are still making decent 1/8 non-ramped rings for 110mm BCD (e.g. http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=993 £10 for Race face 46T ) You will be able to get a broader range of sizes for polo use.. down to 36T.
130mm is generally a road standard, so if you want to get unramped rings it will be either 52/51/50/49/48 range or the 42/39 inner ring range.
You can sometimes get 1/8 130mm BCD rings but I only recall seeing Gebhardt and few others.
