I ride with the Dynamos. Would say that they are more suited to the "racing" roadie than the "leisure" roadie. Kingston Wheelers are imo a much better bet if you are doing it to go on a decent Sunday club run in the Surrey Hills. Both meet near Hampton Court Bridge, so litte difference.
Many join the Dynamos for the Saturday RP lap-fest - essentially going round in groups of 8 learning to ride a quasi "team time trial formation". Gets a little boring after a bit in my opinion, but far more people turn up for this than the Sunday run.
