i got my pieces from a cannondale capo, it's a standard shimano i believe very cheap one (as bits of the cannondale capo are not famous for being the best on the market).
I don';t know the exact model but you might find out which one is mounted on the capo and just get the same one, so far is good for me but i;m not an extreme rider.
