I'm no expert, but they be built for this.

Search Motor-Paced Track Cycling. There's some stuff on here as well. A few people have put some pictures up.

The fork rake is reversed and the frame geometry done so that the bike can get as close to the Derny (motorbike) as possible, right in the bikes slipstream.

Extra supports on the seat and bars are to add support and rigidity, going at very fast speeds and vibrations from the motorbike will tend to mess up your ride without them!
