I have this early 80's 531c Jeff Bruce funny bike that I bought for my girlfriend - she doesn't like it, so I never finished building it. It is 56 c-to-t. I've got more or less (save some chainring bolts and a couple of cables) enough bits to build it geared with aerobars etc (it is 120 spaced so it'll only take a 5 or slimline 6 spd block) or fixed, or if you're interested I'd be happy to sell the frame and obscurely sized other bits (NOS mavic 24" wheel, tub and seatpin).
