Good value bicycle for someone here...
Nice of you to offer it whole rather than splitting it. -

I would really like this but can't really afford it right now..
I'll snap it up if it's still around after christmas?

I originally bought this off Numeryk on here One long trip to Uxbridge to pick it up,
god i bought something off him too the journey is ridiculous to go to such a wasteland

is this still available?

A few folks interested. The first person who turns up at my gaff in SE1 with the moolah gets the bike. This whole dibs business hasn't been working for me lately...

that rules me out then :(
Whoever gets it, have fun!

The beauty of it was: the bike had no tyres (I knew this). I got it into my head that there would be a bike shop in Uxbridge where I could get some (wrong). So I had to carry the bike about a mile and a half back to Uxbridge station in the pissing rain, get on the overground to Finchley Rd, carry the bike to the Cycle Surgery in West Hampstead (still raining), buy tyres and tubes (not the ones I'm selling it with), fit them, then cycle to SE1 (in rain) with brakes not working properly and headset coming loose on a bike that's too big for me.

I'm not ruling you out / counting my chickens.

Well as I'm too poor to afford this until after Xmas I assumed at this price one of the many dibbers will get there before me..
Your chickens will hatch soon, don't you worry :)

Hi everyone :-)
I originally bought this off Numeryk on here for the woman who worked in the wine shop down the road. One long trip to Uxbridge to pick it up, and she decides she wants a ladies' frame, so I'm stuck with it.
Anyway, I've put some tyres on it, tightened down the headset, put on some new rear brake blocks and new brake cables, new Cinelli bar tape. A perfect Xmas present for someone who has a yen to start cycling in the new year.
I paid £100, would like £130 to cover the bits - I'm not after a profit, just don't want to make a loss.
Edit: SOLD
