Anyone else cough up nasty amounts of black phlegm in the shower after a particularly traffic-heavy ride?
I never used to have a problem but ever since I gave up the tabs and had that post smoking purge I seem to be able to expectorate the vilest of creatures.
Is this something that happens to normal healthy lungs, to smokers or only to reformed smokers?
