Hi Mate,
Try Rick or Andy of Bicycle Ambulance in the basement of Park street car park . Rick said depending on whether the forks have existing threads which you want to continue or needs threads started on virgin steel on the steerer , he charges about 12 quid . They're open 10am - 5pm tues to sat .
