I've had surgery on both knees for lateral meniscus tears the last surgery happening last April. Simple surgery, was out of commission for about 2 months. I can ride my bike around the F'in planet now with no problem, but I can't run across the street to save my life? I cant put any percussive pressure on my left knee, So no running or jumping for me anymore :(
