Stolen bike found! - blue steel lugged track

FOUND!!!! - BLUE STEEL LUGGED TRACK, CHOPPED STRAIGHTS, FRONT BRAKE, SUPER RIDICULOUS HIGH SEAT

last night in front of verge (Bricklane & Bethnal Green) i could see accross the street (redchurch side) some twat was pushing this onto some semi-bicycle savvy person, knowing it was stolen (the guy rode past on it - a bike set up for someone 6'4" at least, and he was maybe 5'8"). i went up to him just in time to hear the schpeal; "aluminum super light bicycle. good deal! forty quid!"

the first thing i said was "that bikes hot." he goes "i know, its really cool!" and i go, "no no, i mean, that bike is stolen."

the other guy didnt want it, so i thought quick, and figured that some one on here would likely know who owns it - its too slim and minimal to be a nobody's bike - i bought it for his asking price, under the hope that the owner is found. (if my bike got nicked, touch wood, i would hope someone would do the same.)

forty quid and be able to tell me what the saddle stitching says, (as proof of ownership) and the bike is home!
