I signed up to them, got a zillion assorted spam, phising & viruses in my inbox straight away. Indicates their database is not the most secure.

Furthermore I could never sucessfully login or make it work.

I have a brilliant story about Nochex. I went to an interview there many years ago. I knew they had grown out of a porn business that started taking card payments and then offering to the service to others. I didn't expect however that at the end of the interview when it had gone well and I had been offered a job that the CEO would show me the studios. He opened up a curtain in his office and live sex was taking place on the other side of the glass for a webcam service!

Bill Pay? I use it instead of paypal a few yrs back to pay for my ebay auctions, you can pay anyone not just for ebay auctions...as long as you have a debit or credit card, only thing to watch out for is the fees, I recall it cost me $12 to make a US$100 payment or there is western union which is quick but again, can be high fees

You can quite easily setup an unwanted direct debit with someones bank account number & sort code.
