It is always comlicated the the police. A freind on my Dads was knocked off his bike by the police over a year ago and they have only just admitted liability. They kept on changing the story despice there being witnesses. It is shit. Heny, I really hope you resolve this quickly and positively. The main this is that you are ok now and the bike is fine.
