Judging by appearances I'd say you've got a bike from the 70's or early 80s latest there. I wouldn't spray it with the bottom bracket still in though... Hell, I wouldn;t spray it at all! It's great just the way it is, as lon as you remove that ludicrous front brake - that can't be original, surely...
