nosferatu and I were in a tunnel near vauxhall tuning up something or other on my bike when a community support officer cam and started hassling us. when we asked why, he started talking all this jibberish and gobbledeegook in his thick african accent. he asked me if i was known to the police which i am when i told him it was because of "fraud" he got really funny and didn't believe us and started name checking us.
police pull over anyone they want when they get bored, just because they can.
