I would, but I'm Dutch anyway. :D Looks like you've got pressed-in industrial bearings there and the only option is to smack them out and then replace them - use a rubber hammer for this and smack the axle. I'd only do that if you're having problems with them though, otherwise just leave them there. What brand is the bike anyway?
