It might be an M2 racer headset.
I had one (to qualify as a weight weenie you have to have one) - but they are a bit shit and my upper cup split - I threw it in a drawer and forgot about it, a few months later they recalled them (reports of them scoring the steerer tube) all and I sent mine in and got me some cash back action.
