Well I treat it as my allowable for frivolous spending fund, obviously booze takes up a lot of that but £50 quid for a paint job is equally indulgent so I'll allow myself the pleasure ;)
The ride is really nice, the front is a lot lighter than the bikes I'm used to and makes for nippy as fuck handling, had to get used to the toe overlap for a while as I wasn't exactly tearing the road up! Also getting used to a steel frame as my old frame was a stiff as fuck alu frame, this is a lot smoother and more forgiving on the bumps.
Fair enough. How is it to ride? I wanted to test it at Evans but being a track bike, I was only allowed 10 meters of shop space...first 3 seconds of fixed gear in the log book for me :)
