There's no accounting for people's ignorance or stupidity. It's nice that you're trying to make sure those 10 e-mails a day make it to their destination, but unless it's a pain in the arse for you I'd just let them go and delete them. I'm guessing hundreds of people get it right every day, so nah - don't worry about that minority that don't understand a very simple instruction.
