1 - Appropriately sized wrench to get the crank bolt off
2 - Crank puller and a lot of HTFU to get the cranks off
3 - I'm unsure of what BB you have so I don't know what BB removal tool you'll need. You might need a lockring tool if it's on tight and most likely one of these
** Might be cheaper to get your LBS to do it unless you plan on doing it to any other bikes.**
Reverse the process (without he crank puller obv. to fit the Sugino 75 BB and cranks.
