but it should be a fun race, there was a huge unuexpected turnout for the night time haloween event. And the fella organising this one is a creative chap, should be awesome. See if you out-of-towners can hack our non-bike friendly streets.

Hope you had a good alleycat, i opted for my local club ride to work with some beginners & improvers... Yes, believe it or not there are some branches of cycling that actually support and encourage those new to them, regardless of age and previous experience.

Maybe there's some folks like that in the w.mids fixie scene too?

No one discouraged me, however, are you telling me the pic of the dude on the trike wasn't a piss take given my questions about any rules? That's the same question to which there was no other helpful answer given, just a vague acronym?

I don't want spoon feeding, just a nod in the right direction might help.

3. You should've just come wearing what you normally wear when on your bike (although nobody really wears lycra, although you do see a few helmets).
