Can anyone confirm a rumour I heard that London bus drivers have been told that they are not to stop if involved in an accident, in order to keep to timetables?

It sounds like one of those complete piles of crap, but thought it was worth asking.

Timetables, timetables?! When have fuckwit busdrivers ever worried about timetables? They're more worried about completing their 'You can earn £300 a week - with 78hrs overtime'
