    He's had his operations and is looking much less beaten up now, got a few scars and they managed to rescue his cheek - they thought it was going to end up lopsided after the operation but the breaks turned out to be something they could work with - imagine the delight on his little face as I roll up on the Cuntster™ and tell him "this pile of shit is now yours".

    Cranks are same old - I swapped the BB for a new one a month ago and still don't have my own torque wrench. They've not fallen off so hippytorque is still working.

    Hand torquing can get you by for years problem free, it's when I moved on to alloy, titanium and especially carbon parts that the "tighten until you hear a cracking sound then back it off two whole turns and you are all set" technique was called into question.

    One of the first things you notice when you get your first torque wrench (MyFirstTorqueWrench™) is how much you have been over-tightening stuff.
