Ok I've decided against using one of these. I heard Cavendish may have some, and webcyclery.com where very helpful when asked about postage to the UK.
I've worked out a stem swap that'll do the job... although it leaves a Nitto ProAA on my shitty Peugeot (which is pretty funny).
