Hi guys,
Got the sugino 103mm 24tpi bb and the drive side went in like a dream, right up to the lip. The chainline looks very spot on. Just need a bb tool now, to tighten it all up. I could only get the left side to thread in so far, just think the threads need a clean and give it a bit of welly with the king dick.
Thanks for all who posted, all very helpful. Getting close to finished now.

Post pics when you're done peahead, converted mine in a frenzied two hours on Monday (complete with skinned knuckles which I always seem to get when messing with chainrings). Used the exisiting BB and cranks, lined up pretty much spot on using the inner ring position

Yeah i'll put some pics up when complete.
Managed to get a bb tool today, and got the non drive side in without any hiccups really. Wacked on a izumi track 1/8th chain, and tighened up. Looks straight as can be!! I'm so relieved!!
Cheers De Selby, i wasn't sure wether or not that would be the case so thanks for clearing up!!
And thanks littigator, but definately had it measured at 24tpi, cos i remember him telling me how lucky i was that it was 24tpi!!
Just got a miche rear cog to fit the track hub i have, and a sugino chainring. I've fitted the rear cog and had a quick eyeball down the chainline holding the crank, with chainring attched, against the bb and it looks close enough to be workable with the right BB. I've done a load of measuring too and it should all work out in theory!!!!!!
