Thank you for your response. The video of the Tokyo Dome velodrome came from a television documentary on Keirin racing that was featured on the European sports channel a few years ago. I borrowed the video tape of this from Canadian velodrome builder, Peter Junek. If you would like to get in touch with Peter Junek he could give you all the details.
