Seems ridiculous I dont have a digital image of the print at the moment but should get one tomorrow, but if your interested got a good quote from Maurice Broomfield the photographer this evening about shooting the Raleigh factory(he is now 94 and co-incidently the father of documntary film maker Nick Broomfield) anyway here it goes:
"My father had a Raleigh. It was his pride and joy. We were delighted when Raleigh Industries accepted my offer to make photographs in their Nottingham factory.
The truing of wheels seemed to capture the pride and satisfaction of good workmanship, apparent throughout the factory.
My father passed his cycle on to me. Now it is with Jake my grandson, and the wheels are still running true.
Photographed in the works of Raleigh Industries, Nottingham, 1954."
