Vintage Peugeot conversion help and tips please

Hi, newborn here too, sorry to butt in on this thread, but still in the nursery stage of the forum, so have to post my minimum 5. Just thought while some of you were Pug posin, i would lob mine out. And yes it is a 24mm post, dura ace do one from a few years back, because its an odd size some lbs might have them cheap.

That's a very nice looking pug. I didn't know you could run chain tensioners like that. Has it got paint on it or is it raw?
