no. not really as i guess people who wear band T's are likely to be into the music whereas i doubt there are that many yankees or raiders fans in the u.k. (i'm guessing the hats are american football/baseball/basketball?) as there are wearing the hats.
i posted in a thread a few weeks ago about somebody wearing a massive "king of the five boroughs" NY jacket that was 2 sizes too big. tragic and funny at the same time. but then if asked about my beard and flatcap he would probably think i look a right cunt.

That travesty does not qualify as a band T! That is an Fing nightmare! Any self respecting Ramones fan would sooner loose a testicle than wear that Ramones/Cabaret nightmare!
