Repped. Yeah.. why not charge £12 to fix a puncture if someone can't do it.
Mech has to stop real work to spend 5-10min faffing about with some skanky bike because rider doesn't know what they're doing. £12 seems fine. Fuck it.. £20 coz it's still probably cheaper than a cab. Ha!
