I bought these forks new from a shop a couple of years ago and never got round to using them.
They are pretty rare and unusual in that they are threadless BMX style forks for a 26" wheel but also with canti lugs.
They are full 4130, immaculate & sturdy. Might be good on a fixed gear/street bike?
