I was thinking for people who didn't get involved in the alley cat race, there could be nativity play performed on bikes. It could be loosely base around the traditional story very short and funny!
Lot of fun to take part in (for those who like to dress up) and to watch. It would get every one in the Christmas mood and a great laugh for the start of the evening!
