Pipe cutter will give you a really nice, clean, and most importantly STRAIGHT cut which is tricky with a hacksaw. You'll just need to give it a quick sand or file down to remove any rough or sharp bit, and you're laughing.
B&Q, Homebase etc do em for under a tenner.
