See ya in The Effra later, Mr. J...You drinking later? I might pop down for some refreshments.
In Oxford - heaps of bikes, but only two fixed:
Both lime green, one involved a four spok front (Jericho), both involved riders in big wooly hats, which meant I couldn't tell if it was the same person on two different bikes.
Not spotted - Eyebrows, but his pub recommendations are top.

bit confused as to what is going on along shacklewell lane, outside the shacklewell arms.
Having lived here since march, all i have ever seen in that pubby is shady looking gangster types with a stench of weed coming from the back doors....
the past few weeks i have started to see even shadier characters.... hipsters and fixed riders outside.
Last night there was a green bob jackson with aerospoke locked up outside, as well as a conversion and another track bike. Whats going on? What am i missing? -

I would put this in the 'Spotted in Bristol' thread, but I don't seem able to post there.
Matt and I visited this weekend, saw two Charge plugs locked up, a guy on a freewheel (white frame, pink rims) zooming down Park Street with only one brake (!) on Saturday night 11.15pm, and on Saturday afternoon three chaps walking their brakeless bikes down Park Street, one of which must have been riding at least 80 GI or something. Funny. <-- I will leave judgement at that.
Then on Sunday 1.30pm, near the fountains (is that near the Hippodrome? my knowledge of Bristol is very limited) a chap on a green bike, one white rim and tyre, the other wheel all black.
Not spotted: pj. Boo!
